Booking Terms and Conditions
The Price You Pay
The villa accommodation prices are in Sterling. They include an arrival and departure clean with a welcome superior pack. A mid week clean, a barbecue clean, and pool heating are all extra chargeable services.
Payment

If you are travelling within 8 weeks of your holiday you must pay the full price for the villa accommodation. If your travel date is more than eight weeks away you must pay 40% deposit of the total price of your villa accommodation.

There are two ways in which you can pay. You can pay through Paypal with a 3.52% service charge added to the accommodation price, or, you can pay directly into a U.K. bank account with no added charge. When a reservation is made and a payment form decided, a link will be emailed to you depending on the choice selected. If you have paid a deposit, the balance of your accommodation is due 8 weeks before departure. If the balance cost is not received in time we will remind you that it is overdue. If you do not pay within 7 days of this reminder we will cancel your booking and you will lose your deposit.

Your Responsibility

When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority toaccept and do accept on behalf of all your party the terms of these booking conditions. This means that you are responsible for making all payments due, notifying us if any changes or cancellations are required and for receiving the confirmation and keeping your party informed. It is also your responsibility to ensure that you are adequately insured. We strongly recommend that you take out insurance, which should include cover against the cost of cancellation by you and assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness.

When you book the villa, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of all members of your party during your stay. We reserve the right at any time to terminate the stay of any party member(s) whose behaviour is such, in the reasonable opinion of the accommodation provider, as to cause, or to be likely to cause, danger, upset or distress to anyone else or damage to property. Full cancellation charges will then apply and no refund will be given. Furthermore, we shall be under no obligation whatsoever to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses (including but not limited to alternative accommodation) you may occur as a result of your stay being terminated. If you or your party cause any damage to the villa accommodation, in which you are staying, or its contents, you are liable to fully reimburse the provider for any damage caused by you or your party.

Security Deposit
Security deposit of 500.00 (GBP) is required, fully refundable by electronic transfer, only when the villa accommodation and its contents have been inspected after departure.
Change or Cancel Your Booking

If you wish to make any changes to your booking after your confirmation has been issued, please email your request as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request but we will try to do so.

If you wish to cancel your booking completely you must notify us by email and the following scale charges will apply:

Date on which written notice of cancellation is received by us:-

28-55 days prior to departure - 60% of the cost of your holiday.

14-27 days prior to departure - 80% of the cost of your holiday.

13 days or less prior to departure - 100% of the cost of your holiday.

If a change or cancellation occurs because of circumstances beyond our control, for example war, riot, industrial dispute, actual or threatened terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, flood, epidemic or pandemic illness and all similar situations we will have no liability to you. No compensation, costs, expenses or any other sums, including the cost of securing alternative accommodation will be paid by us.

Meet and Greet
A gentleman will meet you at the security offices on your arrival to the resort and will show you to the villa. An introduction to the villa and the facilities will be provided. A telephone number will be provided to you if further contact is required.
Check in and Check out on Combined Arrival / Departure Days
When a departure and arrival occur on a changeover day together, then departure will be by 10.00am. An arrival to the villa on the same day can after 2.00pm. This is to accommodate the housekeeping staff who will need a four hour period in which to prepare for the arriving guests. If a departure has no incoming arrival on the same day, then it may be possible to have a departure by 12 mid day. If a late departure is requested on a departure day, and, if it can be provided, then an additional cost will apply for the late departure. The cost can only be determined when the departure time and in which season period is known.
Villa Assistance
A telephone number will be given on arrival of a gentleman who will endeavour to give you villa assistance, if you require it. If the call out request is warranted then no call out charge will apply. If the callout request is unwarranted then a call out charge will apply.
Toilets
It is very important to remember that there are 4 toilets in the 4 bathrooms inside the villa. You can only put toilet paper down the toilet, nothing else. Do not put any kitchen roll paper, in particular baby wipes, disposable nappies, sanitary towels, or anything else down the toilet. The toilets waste pipes are all alarmed (this is standard in all villas) leading to the outside septic sewage treatment tank. If any toilet pipes are blocked the alarm will activate. This means the septic tank liquid disposal lorry will have to be called out to remove the blockage at a cost of around 150.00 to 200.00 Euros to you and your party.
Hair dryers and Hair Tongs
Make sure you unplug all hair dryers and hair tongs from the electrical wall sockets when not in use. Do not leave them in the wall socket with the wall switch on. Unplug When Not In Use.
Cleaning
If you require any mid week cleaning, bed linen and towel changes, on your villa stay, please request these services at the time of booking your villa accommodation. An approximate cost can be given to you at the time of your reservation depending on your party size, anywhere between 70.00 to 100.00 Euros per clean. The housekeeper's telephone number will be provided on arrival in case of children's sickness or other emergency.
Damage or Occurrences
Please report any damage or occurrence that has taken place at the villa by you or your party as soon as possible to the villa assistance gentleman.
Garden and Pool Maintenance
The pool maintenance occurs early on two mornings each week. This involves one or two gentlemen cleaning and checking the pool and the pump house. The garden maintenance occurs early on one morning each week with two people that could be anywhere in the front or rear gardens.
